it means 4 storage boxes things. There is actually loads in that.

Can you afford 2 packs? Then you can have one for the cage, and one for playpen/floor time.

It means when you build it like they have in the picture you will have 4 of those boxes. The ones I got from Walmart had 24 grids in it.

I only had 17 grids and 20 connecters in the box of grids I received from Walmart.

Doesn't that box hold like 16-17 grids? They look good.

Target sells 6 cube boxes which have 23 grids for $14.99 (and occasionally on sale for $9.99). So, these 4 cube sets from Wal-Mart probably only have 16 or 17 grids, and are more expensive. But, if you don't have a Target around. Also check on Ebay you can often get some at a comprable price to Target even factoring in the shipping shipping.

So the Target grids at 23 for $25 comes to 65 cents per grid.

The WalMart grids at 17 for $19 come sto $1.12 per grid.

The grids at this (broken link removed) ebay auction of 85 grids for $27, plus $30 shipping (which is what it would be to me) comes to 67 cents per grid.

Thanks everyone :)

I did the math..and it looks like 2 boxes of grids would come to $37.76....I dont know if thats exactly what it is (im tired).
Do you think that with one box I could be able to build an upper level and hayrack?
The second box would be for playpens, and add-ons.

It's a lot cheaper for you to buy grids of eBay or at Target than to go to Wal-Mart, was my point. Good luck building your cage.
